**193.     Jurisdiction of courts barred**.

No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceedings shall lie in respect of any matter covered under the provisions of this Act.

**194.  Indemnity of actions taken in good faith**.
 No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceedings shall lie against any public servant serving in local government for any act done or function performed in good faith under this Act.
