192. Appeal against orders of local governments.
Any person aggrieved by any order passed by a local government or its officers or servants or other functionaries passed in pursuance of this Act or the rules or bye-laws made thereunder, may appeal to such authority, in such manner and within such period as may be prescribed and order of such authority shall be final.

Comments
Appeal is a substantive right provided under the law. In order to give effect the provisions of this section, the Government has notified the Punjab Local Governments (Appeal) Rules, 2017.
