Subject: UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION ON THE STATE LAND #
It has come to the notice of the Government that State Land owned by the Board of Revenue is being used by the Local Governments for construction of commercial buildings and other structures. It is to be intimated that all such unauthorized constructions cannot be acquiesced by the Provincial Government, therefore, all such activities should immediately be stopped and in all such cases necessary permission may be obtained from the Government of Punjab (Board of Revenue) which is the absolute owner of such State Land.
- These instructions may also be conveyed to the TMAs and Union Administrations in your District for compliance.
