193. Jurisdiction of courts barred.
No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceedings shall lie in respect of any matter covered under the provisions of this Act.

194. Indemnity of actions taken in good faith.
No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceedings shall lie against any public servant serving in local government for any act done or function performed in good faith under this Act.
